    Looking for a good phenomenon based activity for grades 6-12?  Try NOAA's Estuary Education's "The Great Oyster Mystery."  This activity centers around an actual event and students must use actual data to solve this real life mystery.  You can find the curriculum at :https://coast.noaa.gov/estuaries/curriculum/the-great-oyster-mystery.html or download the .pdf's below.

    Need some out of the box curriculum for your students or want ideas to create your own.  The estuaries education curriculum by the National Estuarine Research Reserve might have the perfect fit.  There are 30 different curriculum for you to chose from.  Check them all out at:
